Overview
Go Further. Carry More. Compromise Less.
PAK Long Range Fuel Tanks are premium high-capacity replacement fuel tanks engineered for serious touring, off-road adventures, commercial fleets, and remote operations.
Designed to significantly increase the Ford Everest Next Gen’s fuel capacity without compromising ground clearance, off-road capability, or everyday drivability, PAK gives you the confidence to travel further between refuelling stops.
Manufactured from heavy-duty rotationally moulded cross-linked polyethylene, PAK tanks are built to withstand Australia’s harshest environments. Their seamless one-piece construction eliminates welds, delivering outstanding impact resistance, corrosion protection, and long-term reliability.
Key Features:
- Maximum Range
Carry more fuel and extend your driving range with a high-capacity replacement tank designed to reduce refuelling frequency. Ideal for long-distance touring, remote travel, fleet operations, and demanding commercial applications. - Capacity Without Compromise
Unlike traditional steel tanks, rotationally moulded polyethylene allows complex tank shapes that closely follow the contours of the Everest’s underbody. This maximises fuel capacity while maintaining factory-like ground clearance and preserving off-road performance. - Lightweight Construction
The advanced polyethylene design offers substantial weight savings compared to steel alternatives, helping minimise GVM impact and preserve valuable payload capacity. - Built Tough for Australian Conditions
Manufactured from cross-linked polyethylene with wall thicknesses of 8–9mm on flat surfaces and up to 11mm in corner sections, PAK tanks are engineered to withstand impacts, corrugations, vibration, extreme temperatures, and harsh off-road environments. - Seamless One-Piece Design
With no welds, seams, or joints, PAK tanks eliminate common fatigue points found in traditional fabricated tanks, providing exceptional durability and long-term reliability. - Corrosion Resistant
Unlike steel tanks, polyethylene will not rust or corrode, ensuring consistent performance and reducing long-term maintenance concerns. - Direct-Fit Installation
Designed as a replacement tank specifically for the Everest Next Gen, PAK utilises factory mounting points and is compatible with the original sender unit for straightforward installation and reliable fuel gauge operation. - Premium Filler Neck Design
Equipped with a glass-filled nylon filler neck, PAK tanks offer superior strength, dimensional stability, heat resistance, and fuel compatibility for long-term durability. - Fleet & Commercial Ready
Built to meet the demands of commercial operators, PAK tanks help reduce downtime, increase productivity, and improve operational efficiency by allowing the Ford Everest to spend more time working and less time refuelling. - Australian Tested
Developed and tested for real-world Australian conditions, from outback touring and remote exploration to mining operations and commercial fleet applications.
