Information regarding the terms and conditions of the Stocktake Sale Promotion ("Promotion") is as follows. Purchase through this promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of purchase. The Promotor ("Promoter") is, Ironman 4x4 Pty Ltd. (ABN: 75 005 327 882) of 2-8 Bessemer Drive Dandenong South, VIC 3175, Australia. The promotion will be open from 3rd of August 2026 at 8am AEST to the 2nd of November 2026 at 5pm AWST, unless stock is exhausted prior to this timing. The offer in the promotion is non-transferable. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian Dollars (AUD). This promotion is subject to availability, and rainchecks will not be issued.

All promotional prices listed are for Ironman 4x4 branded product only. Prices listed are in AUD inclusive of GST. The Promotional advertised price does not include engineering fees, freight, fitting, colour coding, or additional consumables costs. STOCKTAKE SALE PROMOTION

There will be no rainchecks on this promotion, once stock is exhausted, the price will return to standard retail price, for sale products and clearance products will be discontinued once exhausted. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including but not limited to, the Ironman 4x4 Bull Bar and Lights promotion, as well as state-based 4x4 or 4WD show promotions. This pricing excludes freight, colour coding and other consumables.
