What You Need To Know

Online Quote Requests Ordering

When a customer submits a quote request through our website for ClearView Towing Mirrors, you may notice that some products appear with a generic SKU.

These generic SKUs have been created to represent ClearView’s different mirror types and display an indicative starting ‘From’ price.

For example: CVC-CHROME – ClearView Compact Towing Mirrors (Chrome finish)

How to Process These Requests:

  1. Visit the ClearView Accessories Website

    https://www.clearviewaccessories.com.au

  2. Use the Vehicle Selector Tool

    Use this tool to find the correct mirror model that matches the customer’s vehicle.

  3. Confirm Additional Features with the Customer

    Once the correct model is identified, check which extra features the customer wants (e.g. heated glass, power-folding, etc.).

  4. Update the Quote in NetSuite

    After confirming all details, copy the exact SKU from the ClearView website and replace the generic SKU in the customer’s quote.

Can’t Find a SKU in NetSuite?

If a specific ClearView SKU isn’t in our system, please reach out to the Product Team. They’ll investigate and assist with adding it if needed.

Warranty Claims & Returns

We understand that from time to time, customers may change their minds or provide incorrect details when ordering their mirrors. To help in these situations, ClearView offers a 28-day return window for products in re-saleable condition.


Return Eligibility

  • The mirror must be returned within 28 days of the purchase date.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Restocking Fees

  • A restocking fee applies for re-boxing, as returned items often arrive with damaged packaging or old shipping labels.

  • If the mirror has been removed from the box and fitted to a vehicle, a $150 fee will apply to cover repackaging and restocking.

  • Many of our dealers choose to pass this cost onto the customer, especially if the return is due to incorrect information provided at the time of order.

Returns Not Accepted

  • Returns outside the 28-day window cannot be accepted. This helps ClearView maintain product quality and ensure customers always receive the latest product improvements.

Helpful Tip:

Encourage customers to keep their original factory mirrors as a backup. If a ClearView Mirror ever needs to be returned for repair, this allows the vehicle to stay roadworthy while they wait.
